DJC Build is deeply committed to Indigenous employee engagement, offering robust mentoring and upskilling opportunities to support and empower Indigenous employees within our workforce.

We are extremely proud of our 50% Indigenous apprentice engagement rate, reflecting our strong commitment to developing Indigenous talent and creating meaningful career opportunities within our industry.

We give back to the communities in which we operate by offering extensive sponsorships, donations and in-kind support. When working in communities we speak with local community members to find out what they require and tailor our in-kind support to align with their needs.
