DAMIEN COLLINS

DIRECTOR

Damien's passion for carpentry began during his high school years which led him to secure an apprenticeship in 2007 in the hills of Cairns, travelling to remote regions of Cape York.


Upon completion, Damien extended his experience working for local companies in North Queensland. In 2014, Damien founded DJC Build in Darwin, and continued to pursue his passion for construction on his own terms, resulting in an unwavering commitment to his craft which is reflected in the projects he delivers today.

CHELSEA DODDS

ADMINISTRATOR

Chelsea's role as a project administrator at DJC exemplifies exceptional organisational skills and unwavering dedication. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures strict adherence to project timelines. Chelsea's comprehensive understanding of State and Territory regulations, with a particular focus on Training and Work Health and Safety standards, further strengthens her role.


With a background in Vocational, Education, and Training and the Construction Industry, Chelsea's project management expertise has proven instrumental in her ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, facilitating seamless project execution from inception to completion. 

SHERRIDAN SMITH

FINANCE MANAGER

Sheridan is an accomplished finance manager with a strong background in accounting and finance, She excels in overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis to drive DJC’s project success.


Known for meticulous attention to detail and sound decision-making, she plays a pivotal role in optimising financial performance and guiding business operations towards sustainable growth. With a commitment to integrity and professionalism, Sheridan consistently delivers exceptional results.

LUKE REED

DARWIN & REMOTE OPERATIONS

Luke’s performance as project manager for DJC's Darwin operations is characterized by exceptional leadership and strategic oversight.


Luke consistently demonstrates proficiency in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring quality outcomes.

JACOB NOLAN

GOVE OPERATIONS

Jacob adeptly coordinates all aspects of projects across our Gove Operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to timelines, and high-quality deliverables.


His strong communication abilities have been instrumental in fostering positive relationships with clients and community members.
