Our modular design, fabrication and construction services are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each client, ready for delivery and installation to remote Northern Territory communities and stations.

To date we have completed an extensive range of modular project builds including housing, accommodation blocks, amenities, facilities, and commercial buildings that have been carefully designed and crafted to ensure they meet remote requirements, ascetics, functionality, and supports the ongoing operations of where they are being installed.

Our modular services encompass options such as cold room paneling or stud framing, and we offer finishes that cater to different budgets and climatic conditions. We will manage all project deliverables including design, fabrication, site surveying, transportation, craneage, and installation, allowing our clients to continue with their day-to-day operations while we get the job done.

With our co-location in Nhulunbuy and Darwin, with fabrication completed from both locations, it allows flexibility for our clients to inspect their modular buildings during fabrication, and before disassembly and transportation to the site. They feel empowered and part of the process from start to finish
