Gulkula Duplexes

The Gulkula Duplexes Project was a successful collaboration between DJC Build and Troppo Designs, focused on creating two purpose-built staff accommodation duplexes designed to meet the community's needs. The design featured a blockwork bottom storey for durability and a stud frame top storey for flexibility. In addition to the duplexes, DJC Build also managed the installation of fencing, driveways, and landscaping, ensuring that the new structures were well-integrated into their environment. 

DJC Build successfully completed the project on time and within budget, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to construction. The project adhered to a stringent construction methodology, resulting in high-quality finishes that complemented the surrounding landscape. The end result was a set of functional and aesthetically pleasing duplexes that not only met but exceeded the project’s expectations, enhancing the overall appeal and utility of the accommodation.
