Leveraging our extensive experience in rural and Darwin Residential Housing Construction, we extend our quality housing services to some of the most remote locations of the Northern Territory where safety is not wavered.

Our housing services in remote locations includes block and steel constructed homes, and modular builds where we are committed to delivering exceptional builds in the most challenging of locations. Including but not limited to demolition, new builds, upgrades and extensions, our team will plan and execute works to ensure that our clients vision meets the highest quality standards and functionality.

By being co-located in Darwin and Nhulunbuy, it provides DJC Build with a large footprint for service delivery, and allows our team to fabricate directly from both locations, minimising operational interruptions for our clients including defence, mining, cattle stations and government.

We will manage the housing project from start to finish, comprising of exceptional delivery for design, engineering, fabrication, construction, and certification. With years of experience our team mobilise to site with precision, engage local service providers, subcontractors and suppliers to develop their operations, and undertake works independently meeting strict timeframes for completion.
