Delmore Downs Modular Accommodation

The Delmore Downs Modular Accommodation project involved the design, construction, transportation, and cranage of two one-bedroom stud frame modular buildings. DJC Build managed every aspect of the project, starting with the detailed design to ensure the buildings met the specific needs of the Delmore Downs site. The construction process utilised high-quality materials and precision techniques to create durable, functional modular buildings suitable for the remote location. 

Upon completion of the modular buildings, our team oversaw the transportation and cranage to the site, ensuring careful handling to prevent any damage. The project also included comprehensive onsite works, such as stumping and the installation of service connections. Our approach ensured that the buildings were securely placed and fully operational upon arrival, providing reliable and comfortable accommodation for Delmore Downs visitors.
