Buymar Getaways Retreat

The Buymar Getaways Design Project focused on creating an inviting and functional retreat in East Arnhem Land, with the design of five campground shelters, a communal shelter, and three self-contained luxury cabins. This comprehensive design phase was essential for securing grant approvals, paving the way for future construction endeavors that would enhance the tourism and accommodation offerings in the Buymar Community. 

DJC collaborated closely with both the client and the architect throughout the design process, contributing valuable insights to ensure that the final designs met the community's needs while also being aesthetically aligned with the natural surroundings. The result was a set of thoughtfully crafted designs that balanced functionality with visual appeal, setting the stage for a successful and sustainable development in the region.
