DIPL Stimulus Roofing Works

The DIPL Darwin roofing project was a significant initiative under the stimulus package, involving the re-roofing of 12 urban-managed housing properties across Palmerston, Leanyer, and Moil. DJC Build was responsible for the removal of old roof tiles and the installation of new metal roof sheeting on these NT Government properties. The project aimed to enhance the durability and weather resistance of the housing stock, ensuring that residents benefited from a more secure and long-lasting roofing solution. 

Our team executed the project with precision and efficiency, carefully removing the existing roof tiles while minimising disruption to the occupants. The new metal roof sheeting was installed to meet high standards of quality and performance, providing improved protection against the harsh Northern Territory climate. By successfully completing the DIPL Darwin roofing project, DJC Build contributed to the longevity and safety of these essential housing buildings, aligning with the goals of the stimulus package to support community infrastructure.
