RAAF Tindal Modular Project

The RAAF Tindal Modular Project was a collaboration between our client, the Department of Defence and DJC Build, to construct 28 coldroom panel buildings, expanding on the Defence Tindal onsite living facilities. The project was awarded as a variation to the RAAF Darwin Modular Project due to our outstanding performance with exceptional quality finishes and efficiency.

This project aimed to further enhance living accommodations for Defence personnel stationed at RAAF Tindal. Leveraging our extensive modular construction expertise, we ensured that the new buildings were delivered efficiently, 2 months ahead of schedule, with quality finishes well above industry standard. The successful delivery of the 28 additional units to Tindal highlights our capability in delivering large, complex modular construction projects on time and to the highest standards. The total value of the original contract and the variation works totalled $13M.
