Dundee Shack Design

The first of our new range of semi-elevated house designs is the Dundee Shack. It's a one bedroom tropical design that suits a variety of uses including self-contained accommodation, an additional dwelling on a rural or town site, caretaker’s residence or simply an extra space for when family and friends come to stay.  Small in size but not in style, it features a kitchenette with full cooking facilities, bathroom with space for a washing machine, a bedroom complete with robe, and a deck to sit back and enjoy those stunning Territory sunsets. Large louvre windows allow cross ventilation and views to the garden along with a semi-elevated design to capture cooling breezes. 

Optional extras include skillion or gable roofs, indoor or outdoor bathrooms and all other outdoor features.
